The Kjell Hultman Scholarship is awarded annually to the person that has had the highest impact on the beneficial use of IT in Sweden. This year it was awarded to a member of SCDI, Johan Magnusson, for his work with public sector digital transformation. The jury particularly highlighted the development and diffusion of DiMiOS, the digital solution for measuring and managing digital maturity that is currently the national standard in Sweden.
