SCDI presented a report to the 13 municipalities in Region Östergötland in Sweden on the challenges to collaboration related to welfare technologies in the public sector. The project has engaged several researchers and identified ”collective digital transformation” as a potential future avenue for successful collaboration. Executive Doctoral students Marcus Matteby and Fredrik Carlsson are now continuing to pursue this notion in other settings.
