SCDI will be part of the annual Internetdagarna in Stockholm. The keynote will focus on different forms of digital exclusion, complementing the previous notion of the digital divide. Through our research, we have identified 1,7 million Swedes being in direct risk of digital exclusion on account of their local authority not amply addressing the issue of digital welfare.
