Carl Heath is senior researcher and focus leader for the strategic area of resilient information systems at Rise. The focus area aims to strengthen the conditions for a safe and resilient society in a digital age. Carl has a research interest in society’s digital structural transformation, mainly concerning issues connected to democracy, digital resilience, innovation and learning. Carl has been the government’s special counsel for the protection of democratic dialogue and is today a member of a think tank for the Nordic Council of Ministers regarding democracy and technology. Carl can be heard in the Livslångt podcast, which can be found wherever podcasts are found. His research concerns innovation management practices in executive settings in local government.
