Per Persson is an Executive Post-doc. He has a long background as system developer and IT-architect and is currently chief IT-architect at the municipality of Sundsvall and Ånge.
Partly motivated by his architectural visions, Sundsvall received the award for Digital municipality in the year 2021.
His research is focused on technical debt in public sector and mitigation strategies to overcome this debt.
