Kristian is part of the research consortium Digital Government. In his research he focuses on new ways of working in the digital workplace within the public sector.

Before starting his PhD studies, Kristian has worked 20 years in various managerial and strategy roles on the business side of digital development, in both the private and public sector. He is currently working part time for Region Västra Götaland as a digital strategist.
