Frida Magnusdotter Ivarsson

Frida Magnusdotter Ivarsson is a PhD student in informatics at Department of Applied Information Technology, University of Gothenburg. She is currently engaged in a research project focusing on digital innovation in the Swedish forest industry. Her main area of interest is understanding how firms explore and navigate an increasingly networked business environment, why digital ecosystems and platforms are central concepts in her PhD-research. She also has an interest in learning more about digital innovation from a gender perspective. Frida earned a M.Sc in IT Management 2018 and a B.Sc. in Business Administration 2016, where her bachelor thesis exploring the consumers’ creation of social capital in the sharing economy was awarded both by the Swedish Consumer Agency and the Swedish Innovation Agency, Vinnova.
