SCDI is proud to welcome nine outstanding new executive doctoral students into FORUM Total Defense, our largest national initiative on the transformation of total defense. Selected from a highly competitive field, they will explore how different actors — from authorities to industry — must transform in the face of mounting geopolitical turmoil.
