Researchers working with the Digital Government Research Consortium at SCDI just created the first national oversight of digital development initiatives. Building on PIOS, a digital portfolio management solution delivered to public sector organizations, www.pios.se creates national transparency to assure learning and collaboration in public sector digital transformation.
Through the service, co-workers in public organizations can see, follow and contact initiatives in other public organizations. Through this, SCDI hopes to support scaling of digital solutions, and the avoidance of the much dreaded POC cemetery.
The service also affords researchers at SCDI to study digital development initiatives on a population level, informing research into everything from strategy to scaling.
